WinHelp Ltd. ("WinHelp", "We" and "Our") respects your privacy. This policy explains the accepted privacy practices for our online services at (the "Services" and the "Website", respectively). Personal Information that WinHelp collects

The applicant may appeal to a magistrate’s court any refusal on the part of the owner of the database to permit access or comply with a request to amend or delete information.


Changes to this Privacy Policy

From time to time, WinHelp may change the terms of this policy. Substantial changes will take effect 30 days after WinHelp has posted an initial notification on the Service's homepage or on any other relevant web pages on the Service, with respect to such changes. Other changes will take effect 7 days after their initial posting on the Service, unless WinHelp amends the Terms to comply with legal requirements.
